Very nice hotel. I feel my hotel experiences have gone up a notch here. Reception was excellent, our luggage was taken to our room, we were shown some of the hotel facilities, lounge area with free coffee, orange juice and other non alcoholic drinks, plenty easy chairs and tables. Room very large, private bathroom but out in the rooms hallway rather than directly off the bedroom. Sauna and onsen freely available. This very smart hotel was excellent.

母の誕生日旅行で利用しました！ 夕食は外で食べたので、部屋でお祝いするためにホテルでケーキを頼んだらローソク、マッチ棒、ナイフ、お皿全て用意してあり嬉しかったです！母も喜んでました。 部屋にあるマッサージ機も嬉しいポイントでした笑 あと脱衣所、お風呂がとても綺麗でした！いろいろな種類のシャンプーもありました。

今回は、温泉目的での宿泊ではないので、部屋のシャワーを利用しましたが、シャワー温度が安定せず大変でした。また、コンディショナーはシャンプーと混ざっていました。 早朝ベランダから外を眺めていたら、他部屋の方が部屋で喫煙されている姿が見え、全部屋禁煙では？？？と疑問に思いました。

温泉が内湯・露天と2タイプあり混雑状況に合わせて空いた側に入ればゆっくり出来ました。 また、有料ですが家族風呂もあり用途に合わせて使い分けれました。 子供が遊べるボールポールがあったりフリードリンクスペースには愛媛名物の蛇口を捻ると出るオレンジジュースも無料でありました。 (蛇口の場所が少し下品ですが…笑) また、ホテルと駅までシャトルバスが常時走っており移動にも困りませんでした。 機会があればまた利用させて頂きます。
