Le Logis Pomaria offers five spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed, complemented by a mezzanine — comfortably accommodating a large family or several generations together. Its vast, light-filled living room naturally becomes the heart of every gathering, of long shared meals and lingering evenings.
Outside, the Angevin art of living comes into its own. A south-facing terrace of more than 80 m² extends the house towards the garden and its private, naturally heated pool — the pleasure of a temperate swim, in an environmentally mindful spirit. In the shade of the pergola, the summer lounge invites leisurely lunches, an afternoon siesta and sunset apéritifs. Nearby lies one of the most beautiful regions in France. The Corniche Angevine, a listed natural site, unfolds its breathtaking panorama over the Loire valley and the vineyards, just minutes away. Wine lovers will delight in the wine route, its estates and appellations — Savennières, Coteaux du Layon, Anjou — while the châteaux of the Loire, the Loire à Vélo cycling trails and the riverside guinguettes set the rhythm for carefree days.
Ideal for families with children, the house combines rest and adventure: Puy du Fou is a little over an hour away, the long sandy beaches of the Vendée coast around 1 hr 15, and the gardens of the Terra Botanica nature park just outside Angers.
