Amazing property

This place had everything we needed and what a view. I never had to cook a meal as my husband loved working in the kitchen while I swam! They do charge a $75 sheets and towel cleaning. We misunderstood what this was…pay it! It’s easier and just consider it part of the cost for this wonderful rental.

Séjour décevant malgré une intervention du propriétaire Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement à Carnon Plage pour le nouvel an. Compte tenu du prix du séjour (877 90 de frais de ménage), plusieurs points importants n’étaient pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. À l’arrivée, le ménage était insuffisant (traces sur la table et le plan de travail, toilettes sales), malgré les frais facturés. Plusieurs équipements étaient défectueux : pommeau de douche inutilisable, fuite au niveau du chauffage dans les toilettes, chauffage d’appoint non fonctionnel. Le problème principal concernait le chauffage, clairement insuffisant pour un séjour hivernal : radiateurs peu efficaces, chambres froides et aucune couverture supplémentaire disponible. Suite à notre signalement, le propriétaire est intervenu et a apporté des sacs de couchage et des chauffages soufflants, ce qui a permis d’améliorer légèrement la situation. Toutefois, cela ne remplace pas un système de chauffage fonctionnel dans un logement loué à ce tarif. Nous louons régulièrement à Carnon depuis deux ans et n’avons jamais rencontré ce type de problème auparavant, ce qui rend cette expérience d’autant plus décevante. En résumé, logement correct sur le papier mais prestations insuffisantes par rapport au prix demandé, surtout en période hivernale.

Wunderbar direkt am Strand mit tollem Blick

Wir haben den tollen Blick auf den Strand und das Meer und die Nähe zum Strand sehr genossen. Der Strand ist sehr sauber mit feinem Sand, das Wasser ist klar und man kann lange stehen.

Super vacances de paques à carnon

Super appartement donnant directement sur la plage. Tres confortable. Hôtes au top. Merci aussi à margaux. A paques, comme il faisait trop froid pour se baigner nous avons fait plein de ballades à velo : les etangs, le port, le bord de mer par les pistes cyclables jusqu'à la grande motte... Parfait pour la saison.

Heerlijk genoten en op een super locatie!

Het verblijf was geweldig, locatie was super zo aan het strand! Alles was aanwezig in het appartement en het was super schoon en netjes. In de ochtend op 2 minuten afstand (lopend) winkeltje met vers stokbrood! Parkeren in de groene zone (net om de hoek voor een hele week €35,-) in verhouding met de dure oranje zone voor de deur. Zeker een aanrader al met al!

Emplacement idéal, appartement donnant directement sur la plage,magnifique vue sur la mer. Appartement spacieux pour 6 personnes. Très bien équipé, lave vaisselle, lave linge, de nombreux rangements... une supérette à 2 min à pied. Tout était réuni pour passer un séjour idéal. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire et un grand merci à Margaux qui s'est rendue disponible pour une arrivée tardive et un départ dès l'aube.

Appartement vue superbe sur la mer

Rien à redire on a passé un super séjour, l'accueil pour la réception des clés très bien avec une personne très sympathique et très souple pour l'horaire de départ. Les propriétaires très bien aussi ils se sont rendu disponible pour apporter des ventilateurs neuf car les anciens avaient rendu l'âme. L'appartement en lui même très fonctionnel, fraîchement refait on s'y sent bien. Nous étions 3 adultes et 2 enfants nous avions largement assez d'espace. Que dire de l'accès à la plage qui est tout simplement fabuleux... Bref je recommande vivement !!!

Strandurlaub in bester Lage

Die schöne und saubere Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet und alles, was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt, ist vorhanden. Im Wohnzimmer und auf dem Balkon hat man einen perfekten Meerblick, so dass die Erholung und das Urlaubsgefühl vom ersten Moment an da sind. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und man muss nur durch den Hausflur und draußen10 Stufen herunter, dann ist man am herrlich großen und breiten Strand mit flach abfallendem Wasser. Auch in der Hauptsaison ist es dort nicht so voll und man findet immer einen Platz nah am Wasser. Der Ort Carnon bietet einige gemütliche Restaurants im Stadtzentrum, dorthin muss man allerdings etwas laufen, ca. 30min. Uns hat das gar nicht gestört, da uns tagsüber eine ruhige Strandlage wichtiger war. Ein Supermarkt für den täglichen Bedarf inklusive Baguette und Croissant für das Frühstück ist in weniger als 5 Gehminuten erreichbar, also perfekt. Es gibt zwar keinen eigenen Parkplatz, der zur Wohnung gehört, doch da auf der Straße so viele öffentliche Parkplätze kostenfrei zur Verfügung stehen, gab es auch in der Hauptsaison keine Probleme für uns. Trotz mehrstündiger Verspätung bei der Anreise wurden wir vom Vermieter sehr freundlich mit einem kühlen Getränk empfangen. Auch während des Urlaubs funktionierte die Kommunikation mit ihm jederzeit zügig und freundlich. Für uns war es der absolute Traumurlaub und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Très bon séjour, emplacement idéal, les enfants ont adorés. Manque juste une place de parking mais en hors saison se garer est relativement facile. Propriétaires accueillant et à l'écoute. Merci également à Anais (remise des cles) pour son travail et sa gentillesse.

Très bel appartement les pieds dans le sable !

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans l’appartement de Carole et Daniel. L’appartement est au sein d’une résidence bien entretenue, il est spacieux, très bien rénové et bien équipé. Il offre une vue magnifique sur la mer et un accès très pratique à la plage ce qui était génial pour les enfants. La terrasse est très appréciable ! Les propriétaires sont très agréables, prévenants tout comme Anaïs qui nous a accueillis et donné des petits conseils sur les bonnes adresses du coin. Nous recommandons cette location !
