Stone village house entirely renovated, located in the center of Maureillas las lilas. House very pleasant to live, with furniture and new bedding. Close to many shops, our house is located 5 minutes from the baths of Boulou, 5 minutes from Ceret, 15 minutes from the baths amelie baths, 20 minutes from the sea (argeles), 10 minutes from the Spanish border . C, is ideal location for a spa cure or enjoying a family vacation. Our house is a village house, totally renovated (kitchen, bedding, furniture). It is equipped with reversible air-conditioning and double glazing. Thanks to a door in brick partition, you have access directly from the living room to a beautiful terrace of more 20m2, ideal to enjoy the weather, to eat meals or to store bicycles or other. The house is a two storey house with spiral staircase in wood and stone apparent around. On the ground floor, there is the living room and the kitchen. On the first floor there is 1 bedroom and a bathroom (Italian shower, WC, washbasin). In the 2nd one another room and a room (office and tidying up) this one will remain close. Maureillas is a small village located between sea and mountain

Modern house, conveniently located

Perfect house for 2-4 people, with spacious bedrooms and bathroom, and comfortable kitchen/reception area. Located near the centre of the village, with a bakery just 2 mins walk out the door.

Good find! Great base for a holiday in the sun.

Well equipped and comfortable. Near to all village shops and several restaurants. Maureillas has much to offer anyone who wants to experience French village life. Owners greeted us personally which was much appreciated. Great base for a holiday exploring the area.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances,l appartement est propre et très bien équipé. Il y un petit SPAR très pratique et boulangerie à côté. Je vous recommande les yeux fermés

Gute Lage aber recht laut: Hahnengeschrei ab 5 Uhr und Autolärm auf der Hauptstraße. Täglich neue Parkplatzsuche. Wenig Komfort zum Entspannen: gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen und draußen sind wünschenswert. Jederzeit freundliche Unterstützung durch den Vermieter.

Altes Stadthaus modern eingerichtet

Das Ferienhaus ist ein kleines altes Stadthaus, aber neu und modern eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Man hört auch nachts nicht, daß das Haus an der Hauptstraße liegt, da die Schlafzimmer zum Hof hin liegen. Parken kann man direkt vor dem Haus oder in ca. 80 m Entfernung. Zusätzlich zur Beschreibung sind sogar Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine incl. Klammern vorhanden. Und im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen FeWo´s funktioniert das WLAN super! Der Ausgangspunkt ist ideal, um die Gegend kennenzulernen. Perpignan und die Katharerburgen im Süden (Aguilar, Queribus, Perypertuse und sogar Puilaurenz) sind super erreichbar (Stoppen Sie in Tuchan bei Aguilar in der Kellerei ...). Bis zum Meer ist es auch nicht weit (Collioure) und selbst Figueres, Cadaques (Dali) und Cap Creuz sind problemlos erreichbar. Und fahren Sie doch einfach einmal zur Gorges de la Fou. Es gibt viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten!

Très bon accueil de Mr Charlent qui est fort sympathique, disponible, qui connaît bien la région . Nous avons suivi ses conseils gastronomiques pour notre plus grand plaisir ! Quant à la maison, très bien située, au calme, proche des commerces de base, petit super-marché, boulangerie, etc etc elle est irréprochable tant par son confort que par son équipement très complet et en très bon état . En conclusion ; très bonne adresse à conseiller sans aucune restriction !!

Séjour agréable et confortable

Maison de village très agréable chambres très spacieuses avec une literie neuve et très confortable salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne géniale la cuisine est très bien équipée et une pièce de vie avec une grande télé et un canapé très confortable tout est neuf et beau. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et très gentil il nous a bien conseillé sur les environs. Le village est très sympa les gens très souriants avec des petits commerces bien achalandés et ouvert même le dimanche matin. Tout à été parfait. Nous le recommandons chaleureusement Merci à notre propriétaire et au site qui ne nous avait pas menti.
