The heart of the home is a cozy double bed, accompanied by a sleeper chair offering a flexible solution for additional guests.
The kitchen is small and functional - you wouldn't want to always eat at home, would you?? Mazara del Vallo is filled with local restaurants serving excellent fish!
The bathroom is no less impressive, featuring a spacious shower where you can relax after a day of exploration, reflecting Chiara's thoughtful consideration for comfort and well-being.
Let's not forget the shared laundry room, equipped with everything necessary to take care of your clothes during your stay, including the option to hang laundry, a small yet significant touch of home.
There's air conditioning that both cools and heats, and for the colder winters, there's also gas and a heating system with radiators.
Since 2023, we've been producing clean energy thanks to a large photovoltaic system installed on the roof.
