THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL! This hotel is very dated, not modern, and run down. On the way to our room, the lighting was overly dim, carpet stained and worn, and some rooms were wide open. Upon entering our room, it smelled musty/almost mildewy, the bedding and towels were very old, thin, and scratchy. The bathroom was also very unclean. Under the Sink was dirty, the toilet “flush” button wasn’t properly affixed to the wall and you could pull it about a half inch off the wall. The shower was also dirty, the grout was black in places from lack of cleaning. The entire floor of our room was sticky like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The blinds were also ripped so didn’t close properly. The gym also wasn’t part of the property. It was owned by another company, you had to pay to use (the fee is mentioned in the description) but it’s not open daily. I picked this hotel partially for having a gym available. Also there was an alarm going off for over 2 hours our first morning there. The staff was very kind and definitely wonderful but the facility itself and all that comes with it, is extremely low quality. They did end up comping a night as we called hotels.com to complain and they reached out to the hotel. But it Is easily only a 2 star hotel based on quality of accommodations.

Buongiorno. Le camere sono pulite. Nella sala pranzo a colazione, passeggiava una blatta (quando l'ho segnalata è stata schiacciata e spinta sotto il tavolo). Personale confuso e poco professionale. La Spa non è funzionante e hanno detto che sarà chiusa per tutta la stagione.

Een luidruchtige accomodatie, waarbij we niet gekend zijn in grote feesten en gym. Zwembad was niet te gebruiken door het feest. We hebben wel een upgrade gekregen naar een rustigere kamer, maar de overlast bleef tot diep in de nacht. Als ons dat bekend was geweest, dat dit een locatie was voor bruiloften en feesten, dan hadden we dit NIET geboekt. Het personeel heeft wel direct gereageerd, door ons gelijk een andere kamer te geven.

Arrivati dopo l'orario previsto per il check in e ciò nonostante abbiamo dovuto cambiare 3 camere perché erano errate o non pronte. Avevamo preso camera con vista mare e invece si vedeva un muro. In più proprio sotto la camera, la sera l'hotel aveva organizzato un evento per non ospiti con musica alta fino quasi a mezzanotte che impediva di dormire.

Bella struttura,anche se lasciata andare in alcune zone. Camera buona con TV obsoleto,sedia nel terrazzino rotta.Inattesa dagli ospiti la regola di non stendere i teli mare, a vista nel patio.Personale disponibile anche se da migliorare la organizzazione del concierge che dovrebbe riuscire a trovare la soluzione di ogni problema( un albergo sul lungomare che non ha accessi spiaggia,e che non ha convenzioni o prelazioni con i lidi per gli ospiti, avendo una piscina troppo piccola per il numero complessivo degli ospiti). Hotel datato e sporco. Siamo arrivati in questo hotel e le nostre camere non erano pronte e nemmeno pulite, lenzuola e bagno erano sporchi. Pochissima attenzione alla situazione Covid. Avrebbero dovuto santificare tutto prima di pulire. Inoltre la cornice della porta di una delle mie camere è venuta giù all'improvviso. Abbiamo chiesto alla reception di sistemarla ma le receptionist dopo avere riso animatamente (e non capisco cosa ci sia da ridere dato che il paraspigolo di legno è pesante e pericoloso) ci hanno detto che lo avrebbero sistemato il giorno dopo. La piscina era sporca nonostante la finta pulizia alle 9 del mattino che avveniva con un tubo d'acqua un po' dappertutto, anche su lettino e sdraio che si sono bagnati compresi gli asciugamani e le persone che erano sopra. Da evitare. Ci sono tante strutture che hanno quattro stelle molto meritevoli rispetto questa

L’état des lieux est un peu vieillissant. Les chromes des salles de bain sont vieux. Le fauteuil de balcon est tout abîmé, les coussins ne vont pas dessus et quand on en a demandé un 2ème vu que l’on est 2 ils nous ont mis une chaise de jardin en plastique😫 D’autre part vous ne mentionnez pas que le SPA est payant et il n’est pas très frais non plus.
