• No more people can stay in the rental property than the booking states, and that you have registered with the booking site and/or SpaindinaviaRentals.com.
• All guests must be pre-registered before check-in, using the online check-in form sent by Spaindinavia.
• The person who made the reservation must be in place the entire stay.
• No subletting in any kind is allowed.
• No smoking is allowed inside the property. If you are smoking outside: close the doors and the windows (do not let the smell enter the rental property).
• No pets or animals are allowed in the rental property. If you want to bring your pet, please contact us and we can direct you to a pet friendly property.
• Close / reel in or secure sunshade, umbrellas, awnings, and cushions when it´s windy, during the night or when you are leaving the property. Strong winds can easily break the fabric.
• Do not keep keys in the key lock on the inside of the door. If keys are kept in the key lock, you cannot open the door from the outside. In this case a locksmith needs to come and change the lock. The cost is at the guest’s expense.
• Keys are not allowed to be copied.
• Lost keys mean an additional cost of 50 euro (change of lock for security reasons) for the guest.
• The towels are meant for your face, hands and body. Do not take away make-up with the towels. Do not use the towels to clean tables or floors. Destroyed towels must be replaced and an extra charge will be added to the guest.
• Towels from the property may not be brought to the beach.
• The area is quiet and peaceful, loud parties or music is not allowed in the property.
• If something breaks or get lost, please replace damage items, and let us know about it.
• If the rental property has a BBQ, this must be cleaned if used. If it is left in a dirty condition, an additional cost of 20 euros will be charged for extra cleaning.
• Put the garbage & litter in the allocated bins on the street.
• Leave the property tidy and in a good condition when checking out.
• Air conditioning has a separate meter for pre-paid cards. That means that you, when you check-in, may buy a card from us, for the value of 10€ or 20€, in order to use the A/C (hot and/or cold).
• Always shower before going into the pool. Sand or sun-cream must not end up in the pool for hygienic and maintenance reasons.
