Cómodo y bien ubicado, mejoren la comunicación

El departamento está bien ubicado, a una cuadra del malecón, está a gusto el departamento y me gustó la distribución, y que las recámaras no están pegadas una con otra, solo puedo decir que le hace falta una lavadita a la sala y bancos de la cocina, y la comunicación les hace falta también, ya que cuando llegue ni estaban enterados de mi llegada ahí, y no había nadie en donde se supone me darían las pulceras para poder usar libremente las instalaciones, y nunca me resolvieron, de milagro nadie me dijo nada al usar la alberca, y tampoco me dieron la tarjeta que te dan para entrar y salir con tu carro, yo tenía que timbrar cada vez que tenía que entrar, fuera de eso, está bien el Depa y la pase a gusto

El lugar esta muy bonito y cómodo, las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, igual el área de alberca , lo que no me agrado del todo fue la limpieza del apartamento , en la cocina tanto los utensilios como el refrigerador estaban sucios, en los cuartos las sabanas aterradas, como si no hubieran limpiado antes de entregar al siguiente ocupante.

La comunicación de parte de la empresa fue muy deficiente, nunca nos enviaron manual o reglamento del lugar. Nadie de los administradores nos recibió. Nos entregaron en la puerta las pulseras de acceso y la llave de estacionamiento, pero nadie nos informó por ejemplo que no era posible colgar en los balcones, la ropa mojada y me enviaron un mensaje que me podrían multar por ello, cuando varios huéspedes tenían sus toallas y pertenencias en el balcón. En la página de expedia dice check out a las 19:00 h y me llegó un mensaje que la salida debía ser a las 11:00 am en fin con niños pequeños y planes de domingo me movieron todo mi día. Decía que ofrecen agua embotellada y cuando pregunto me dicen que en mi reserva no aplica. Pero nunca te dicen a qué tienes derecho, cuáles son tus deberes, no ves a nadie de la empresa, mientras otros administradores reciben a sus clientes y les explican a detalle. La verdad fui por mi cumpleaños me llevo un mal sabor de boca por la mala atención al cliente. Nos asignaron un cajón de estacionamiento y resulta que a pesar de sus normas rígidas, cuando regresamos de paseo estaba ocupado y tuvimos que ocupar otro espacio.
