Very quaint hotel. Very authentic. Room was spacious, clean and amazing view. Only complaint would be the size of the fridge(bar). Wish it was a full size. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Pool was really nice and the staff at the pool bar were amazing and the food from the pool restaurant was very tasty. I’d stay here again.

Terrible conditions

Beds were hard,toilet,bathroom doors,kitchen,microwave, dishes just horrible. As a Mazatleco from Mazatlán) I'm speechless with the room conditions. I don't understand how you can rent a room like this and the reality is that I'm not planning to comeback again.

The property was dated but the staff was friendly and it was conveniently located to many shops and restaurants. There were taxis and pulmonia drivers everywhere. I will definitely be back.

Overall the staff were excellent, we just had a poor experience with housekeeping and had to make several calls to the front desk for additional pillows. When they cleaned our room the first time, they did not replenish coffee or water, but the second time they did (we stayed for a week and only asked for room clean twice). The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, painful to sleep on, pillows were required to add necessary cushioning to allow sleep. Balcony railing is loose and water leaked on floor from shower and bathroom sink taps. Fixtures could use updates, and bedside lamps would be nice, but the view & sound of the ocean from the balcony make you forget all that.

The facilities need more cleaning. The pool staff is unattentive. The elevators were not working and we were on the 6th floor! Had to say something to front desk and they moved us rooms to the newer renovated rooms. Those rooms were a lot better, also they did not allow my service animal. Even with all my documents. I would NOT stay here again.

The staff at the hotel are very nice to all guests. William at the front desk, Ivan at the pool bar, Carlos in the dining room and the two guys that always made sure us two old ladies made it across the very street safely but running out in front of us and stopping cars. That was very much appreciated. We noticed some construction with their elevators but it didn’t really impact us very much and we were on 9th floor of the towers. The only negative thing we could say would be they could invest in some new bed pillows. Ours were real lumpy like a bad case of washing. We spoke with others at the hotel and they had noticed that as well. But we like the “community” safe feeling that the safe brings us each year we stay. Thank you.

My family stayed for four nights and really enjoyed our stay. The food was decent, pool was great and the view was amazing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint is how stiff the beds were. I woke up each morning in pain.
