Welcome to Your Stay! Here's How to Get In

Step 1: Main Gate Access
On the morning of your arrival (by 8:00 AM), you’ll receive a main gate code or QR. That’s your golden ticket through the Visitors Gate.
Important! Don’t share this code.
If there’s an issue, the friendly security team can help.

Drive in, pass the lot, and go to the second tower: Torre 3.
Park anywhere in front of the building (first come, first served).

Step 2: Apartment Door
Your 4-digit code is in the Rental Ninja Guest Experience App!

Open the app, find “How to Enter the Building,” and click “Door Access Instructions.”
(To keep things spicy, yes—this is a different code than the gate.)

To unlock the door:

Tap the black keypad to wake it up.

Type your code, then hit #.

Wait for the lock to finish before opening the door.

Note: The door auto-locks after 30 seconds.
