Truly a classic old Mexico with inter-courtyard with open area, fountain and trees. Staff was extremely helpful and bi-lingual. Big plus is location in historic downtown. Only 1-1/2 blocks from Plaza Machado with many excellent restaurants.

The property is located close to the Plaza Machado and the beach. The room has good space for a family of 6. The hotel doesn’t offer parking space. My only disappointment was the dirty sheets from the bed, pillows and curtains. Management should definitely be checking the rooms and make sure sheets, pillows and curtains are clean. Other than that I really liked the location

Hotel is located in the heart of plaza machado. Beautiful entrance with functioning water fall for amazing pictures. The rooms were full suites with kitchen, living room area. Beds are so uncomfortable and bed sheets are no good. Comforter super outdated and i hesitated to get under the sheets. Very calm atmosphere during the week or none holidays. During holidays super noisy.

The entire property is in need of updating. The pictures look a lot nicer than the actual product. We only stayed 2 nights so we made do but certainly would not recommend for a long stay. Sheets were clean but with some stains and the pillows need to be replaced. The mattress was ok but the box springs was very old and worn. The towels actually felt new and were white and clean. There was hair on the floor of the bathroom and it just did not have an overall clean feeling or appearance. Mirror had not been cleaned. The property has lovely high ceilings and the location is perfect if you want to be in the middle of Centro. Window overlooks busy noisy sreet across from a parking lot but once again if it’s just location you are looking for it’s great.

El hotel nos hizo el cargo y resulta que está temporalmente fuera de servicio. No hay respuesta por parte del hotel con “Hoteles.com” y con nadie. Pero claro permiten reservar cuando no tienen servicio en ninguna habitación. La app solo me dice que el hotel no responde y que por eso no hay respuesta. Pésimo servicio por parte de la app que permitan este robo. Reserve para la noche el viernes porque iba en carretera y me permitió pagar el sábado a las 4am. Me dicen que debía llegar a las 11 pm del viernes que por eso no hay reembolso cuando mi pago lo hice después. Como me hacen el cargo y resulta que no llegue a tiempo??? Y hoteles deslindándose cuando se “supone” que son quienes permiten el cobro

Very pleased with location. Everything was within walking distance. Suite had a nice set up. Check-in staff was available beyond time listed and he was very kind. Price was good. Liked the security of the hotel. No one could leave or enter without a key. Parking within was only concern but was able to park across hotel with staff watching overnight. No laundry facility available for use but still very pleased.

Soundproof windows and good internet would help.

Excellent location for tourists looking to explore the city center. Same applies to business trips. Not so great if you want a good night’s sleep. The air conditioning worked like a charm, though.
