With four bedrooms featuring a king bed, two queen beds, and a futon, guests can rest comfortably after a day of adventure. Master bathroom includes a relaxing bathtub and walk-in shower. The home stays cozy with heating and cool with brand new AC, making it perfect year-round. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or getting ready for the day, this superb house has you covered. If you are attending Alabama sports, the university is 20 minutes away, if you are attending an event in Hoover, the city is 20 minutes. Tannehill State Park is a mile from the house and there are 2 passes, bikes and floats available to enjoy the beautiful park. A large portion of the yard is fenced in for the children or pets to run and play. The back porch is screened in with comfortable Summer Classics furniture and a Webster gas grill for your use. Wi-Fi is available as well as firestick on each tv. The large bonus room upstairs features a desk with two monitors for work or gaming, a walking pad and weights. The laundry room is located upstairs and equipped with a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. The living area with gas fireplace, dining room and kitchen are open-concept for easy entertaining. The french doors can be opened up to the screened in patio. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and everything needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. The front porch is covered and has two ceiling fans and comfortable seating to watch birds or neighbors drive by. Just in case the weather gets questionable, there is a 4-person storm shelter located in the garage equipped with helmets, lights and weather radio (this shelter will withstand a F-5 tornado). The landscaping around the house includes beautiful rose bushes, delightful gardenias, and a small vegetable garden with fresh rosemary and basil.
