He was unable to give us a keycard when we checked in. So he let us into the room and said come back later to get a keycard. The room was cold when we arrived, the window a/c-heater would click on and off. And blow cold air on us when it would kick on before heating up. TV seemed to only offer gambling. No smoke alarm, the bracket was still attached to the ceiling. No bed side lamps. No blanket, only sheets and thin bedspread. But the shower was hot and had good pressure. Also they listed ‘free spa’ under amenities. That was SPA brand shampoo and lotion

The young man in the mini mart where we checked in was pleasant. The curtains where in shredded taters, The floor was covered in blotches of paint. the 2 lights on the wall beside the bed had no scon's just a tacky metal plate on the wall the unit was partially paint. The sheets apppeared clean. How can I send you photos? I would kindly like to request a full refund!

Even though this is basically the only option for accommodation in the area it should be avoided at all costs. The rooms are deplorable, filthy and should be condemned. Exposed electrical wiring, stains on bedding, holes in walls, door taped together, no in room coffee making facilities and the list goes on. Expedia should be embarrassed to have this on their site. On the bright side the staff at check in (in the attached gas station) were pleasant.

Staff is very unfriendly, we canceled our stay after one night. Apparently the owner is a good guy. We had to contact him directly to get the room that we paid for in advance I even showed person at the desk the email saying that we were confirmed.We had driven 9 hours and he wouldn't let us have our room. Online photos are nothing compared to what it actually is. This place was disgusting. Dead bugs all over the floor, musty smelling room, “clean towels” had several hairs on them. All of the lighting in the room went out at around 10pm. There wasn’t anyone to get ahold of to fix it or even address the problem until the following morning. I was hunting in the area and had the room reserved for three nights. I canceled after the first night and used my tent instead. That should tell you everything you need to know about this place.

Basic improvements are needed. Towel racks, glasses for water, facial tissue box would be very helpful for guests. Drips of white paint should be removed from the natural wood bathroom door, and other spills on walls should be cleaned. Even though this motel id in a remote location, it really needs some improvement. The manager works hard and makes coffee for guests each morning.

Not a clean room. Bugs. I couldn’t hardly sleep being nervous about the uneasiness of the dirty room and everything falling apart. Couldn’t even take a shower because of the knobs on the water hardly work and the water barely came out plus I felt like I’d get germs on my feet standing in the shower. Shower wall scratches all over. Didn’t want to touch the toilet. Should have slept in the car. I cleaned the door handles and other things with clean wipes I was so grossed out. Bed was so uncomfortable and old. They could do so much better instead of obviously focusing on the $$ coming in to their hands. If you can and have time to pass this town do so. Only good thing was the staff was nice but it just didn’t matter with the bad experience of stopping and staying there.
