This is our last stay in November 2017 "between Cabo and Tetouan"


Beautiful apartment, bright, immaculate condition, on the 3rd and last floor with elevator in a small residence with guard 24/24.
Ideal for a couple with 2 children.
Well equipped: with air conditioning and heating, new appliances, television with French and Arabic channels, furniture made by a craftsman Chefchaouen.
Terrace overlooking the M'diq mountain and wrought iron furniture and zeal for meals.
Large pool with 2 pools in the middle of green areas and flowers.
Private parking in the basement of the residence.
Well located: opposite the Mediterranean Club Cabo Negro, a few minutes walk from the beach and the Royal Golf.
Many possible activities:
- cultural (guided tours of the medina of Tetouan to do! Tangier, Chefchaouen 50km, M'diq the fishing town and summer residence of the King within 10km.
- sports (golf, scuba diving, horse riding, cycling).
- and of course, beaches, strolls on the ledge along the beach Cabo to Maril. Many restaurants for all budgets, from the 'Market table' as in Saint Tropez to chicken grilled a few euros.
Rental car recommended, but large taxis station and bus stop 2 min. walk.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat sich schnell um alles gekümmert. Der Kontakt verlief reibungslos und professionell. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Kommunikation und dem Ablauf. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und man läuft ca. 6 Minuten zum Strand von Cabo negro.

Super séjour a quelquenpas de la mer

Nous avons passé 13 jours dans un appartement meublé et climatisé. Cuisine équipée avec lave linge tres pratique pour une famille. A quelque pas de la mer (8min a pieds) garage en sous sol pour la voiture et acces direct a l'ascenseur. Je recommande +++. Les contacts sur place sont accessible et telement adorable. Je pourait en parler des heures. Sans parler su climat qui est telement doux la ville tres propres... je m'arrête la mais je recommande vraiment. Merci à vous

Un beau séjour

Toute la procédure de réservation et d'arrivée s'est faite dans la sérénité, avec une communication facile et agréable. Le tout avec arrangements. Merci pour l'accueil. Bon Emplacement, et fonctionnalité de l'appartement. Dommage que la piscine n'ait pas été accessible, mais les enfants se sont régalés avec la plage à proximité.

Merveilleuses vacances

Nous avons passé 2 semaines inoubliables dans l'appartement de Jacqueline et nous sommes tombés amoureux de cet appartement et de cet endroit. L'appartement est très bien situé, aménagé avec le goût, très bien équipé, propre et avec une très bonne aura. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous là-bas. La résidence dispose d'un très beau jardin avec piscine et une vue magnifique sur mer. Et surtout, il y a une place dans le garage juste à côté de l'ascenseur. La plage est à 10 minutes à pied de la résidence. Il y a 2 épiceries à proximité où vous pouvez acheter tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Dans l’épicerie sur le chemin de la plage, le matin il y a du pain frais et des croissants. Cet endroit est parfait pour les familles avec les enfants. Notre fils y a trouvé beaucoup d'amis là-bas. Nous remercions monsieur Hicham pour l'accueil chaleureux et sa réactivité et le personnel de la résidence pour leur service. Jacqueline, un grand merci pour la possibilité de se détendre et de se ressourcer. Nous aimerions beaucoup revenir chez vous et répéter nos vacances.

Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, saubere Unterkunft, alles da, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Der Strand, war fussläufig erreichbar. Ich komme gerne wider!

Très bon séjour

Très belle résidence, appartement confortable, agréable et très propre à l'arrivée. Idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants, chouette piscine et la proximité avec la mer est un plus. Très bon accueil de Fouad et très bonne communication avec Jacqueline. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Bel appartement bien situé

Bel appartement correspondant au descriptif. Accueil sympathique et disponible de la part de Fouad. L'emplacement est parfait pour découvrir la région de Tetouan et la côte nord. Attention ce logement ne me paraît pas conseillé aux personnes à mobilité réduite, l'ascenseur n'étant pas toujours en fonctionnement.

Appartement propre et bien équipé. Malheureusement, la terrasse qui sert à prendre les repas donne sur une route (la vue pas terrible) et les passants frequents ne sont pas discrets. Nous aurions préféré avoir la terrasse côté piscine. Bon séjour quand même.

Séjour excellent dans une résidence super bien entretenu

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un appartement très propre et bien entretenu avec une décoration atypique. Très joli appartement tout le confort y est présent. La résidence est t'es bien entretenu gardien 24/24 idem pour le parking. Un maître nageur présent également. Très belle plage qui est acceccessible à pied. Parfait pour un séjour en famille. pour sortir se divertir manger ect Mdiq et fnideq sont acceccessible en voiture a 10minites. Chefchaouane est à environ 1h est surtout à faire car c'est juste magnifique. Un véhicule est tout de même nécessaire pour pouvoir se déplacer or de la résidence sinon il ya des taxis. Je recommande largement votre bien. Aziz , Fatiha et bébé Jalil.

Nice, familiar apartment

The contact with the owner is very good, we got all informations in detail which we asked for. The contact at the apartment was also very nice. It's a familiar apartment, with everything you need, very nice and safe arear. 24h security, parking garage and a elevator. Cabo Negro is also a strategic place to see the whole area (Martil, Tetouan, Mdiq, Fnedeq etc.). We booked the apartment for 5 days and we had a very nice time.
