3-5 minutes walk from the room to the Haram. Room size was good. On our first night, there was a power cut for over 4 hours (12am to 4:30am) and the reception staff was clue less, didn't provide any emergency light despite telling them about my one year old baby. Cleaning staff was good but carpets require wet wash now, hoover was not sufficient to remove dust. Breakfast was very good but on our last day we struggled to find a table, then was asked to go to the 11th floor restaurant which they were not opening, so after complaining the manager (Pakistani - Idrees, if am not wrong) came down with me but they eventually opened 11th floor one. Salah (receptionist) promised to change the room when I checked in but probably they didn't find any other room as it was so busy.

Excellent location, very close to Haram. Very friendly and polite reception staff named Hassan and Razaz, Allowed early check in and room upgrade, Room is spacious and clean with reasonable toiletries and tea tray. Ploolite room service, room service manager Samir was very attending and caring with continuous check of our comfort. Breakfast buffet is full of varities.
