Excellent property, very clean and luxurious, mind was at ease with family, they offer shuttle services to Kaabah, thanks to all staff and Sani and Ibrahim. Breakfast was excellent with various choices and tasty!

This is the second stay in less than one year. We had a great experience. We appreciate the staff's effort. Breakfast was great. Just 2 things I hope to see. First thing, a microwave in rooms or at least in a shared lounge would be nice. This is common practice among hotels worldwide The second thing, the transportation stops far away from the mosque. The walking distance is too long for elderly residents. Huge Thanks!

The room was great, service was a bit slow at the counters/reception, it was however peak season, so this is probably understandable. The breakfast was however really poor quality and seemed like the area was not big enough to accommodate the high volume of guests, neither was the food.
