I've stayed in many hotels, both abroad and here at home, but Novotel truly stands out as one of the best I've ever experienced. The service was exceptional, the rooms were spotless, and the view was beautiful. I have visited many hotels, both overseas and in this country. Novotel was one of the most excellent hotels I have ever seen in my entire life, in terms of service, clean rooms, great views, and excellent food. The food was delicious.

The hotel was good and the reception is very responsive. The room is clean and cozy but the room service is very poor. They only tidy your room when you ask them. At first they will tidy it but if you didn’t tip, they will stop coming and even if you request, they will do your bed and change your towels, that’s it. The potters are arrogant too, especially if you are black, you will have to ask them a few times before they will reluctantly assist you with the luggages, they are more attentive to the Arabs.

While the hotel in good location and well built. Maintenance is not good. When we arrived the safety box in the room, the coffee maker were not working the bar fridge is extremely small and barely cooling ?!! But the worse part of all the bathroom smell very Sewage odor !!! When we discussed all that with the hotel management non of that was taking seriously and no further accommodations or compensations made. I think this particular Novotel is not well managed and not living up to the rest of Novotel frenchies , disorganized the least to say ,services are sporadic , not consistent .
