The hotel was great everything about it was good it’s a little less know then some of the surrounding hotels so it make it extremely safe and quiet Makkah is a place for spiritual healing so this was a great experience
It is very far from haram. It is filthy dirty and the attendants at reception do not have a clue. It was that bad we ended up checking out after an hour
Very bad property maintenance and staff not presentable 3 days not cleaning room or bathroom and I requested to clean looking money

Disliked: Cleanliness
Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. The staff member I interacted with was unprofessional, and the room was not clean, with an unpleasant odor. I would not recommend this place unless these issues are addressed.
This property is very unsafe as there are Bengali goons who think they own this hotel, not sure if it’s the owner getting them to do their dirty work, but no kettle, no room service/cleaning maintenance whatsoever ever, staff are rude as anything and to be honest you will find better for the money and services near by, literally worst place and managed hotel
I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, and it was the worst experience of my life. The bathroom was filthy, and despite multiple requests, room service never came. The staff were completely unprofessional and showed no concern for guests.
To make things worse, the hotel lied in their advertisement on Hotels.com—they claimed to be close to Haram Sharif, but in reality, it was very far. This was extremely inconvenient, especially for those visiting for religious purposes.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. False advertising, dirty rooms, terrible service, and unhelpful staff—avoid this hotel at all costs!
