The only downside is that they charge $99 USD each time you bring a guest. Other than that, the staff was great, the property was safe and clean, and the breakfast was excellent.

Very friendly staff. Very good location. The only big problem is getting a guest into your room. The charge you around 500000 pesos to get them in ( the rates for the room itself sometimes is less than the amount paid for the guest. Button line the hotel jacked up the prices of their services very much to an unfair amounts.

I don’t think the hotel is interested in service. Getting a cup of coffee was difficult. Also, the rooms were noisy from street traffic and other guests. It is a three star hotel and should not have a higher rating than that.
