This VRBO rental was exactly what we were looking for. The apartment was amazing. It was clean and beautiful! Watching the sunset on the balcony was one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen in 41 years. The host was incredible and answered every question we had nearly immediately. The security was top notch! I couldn’t recommend apartment more. Everything was perfect! 10/10!!

Bad experience

I called the gentleman of the property the morning of checkout at 10 AM. Ask him if I could have a late check out of 12 or one he said he cannot because he has the unit rented. I told him it was no problem but I just woke up so I would be 15 to 20 minutes late on the 11 AM, I proceeded to get ready clean organize things At 11:05 lady knocked on the door with her son. I told him I had everything organized and showed that it was next to the door. I was just out the shower and under the lady I would need 10 more minutes to finish getting ready and Close the door Behind me The lady proceeded to open the door after me with her own code And said I had to leave at 11 AM and she did not care then I received a call back from the owner of the property on my personal number where he was very upset Saying that I cannot be inside the property anymore and I proceeded to tell him that I had everything picked up, but like I said, I was running a little late and I proceeded to get dressed underwear and 10 more minutes He said he did not care because he had the apartment rented and he would not have time to clean it so people were gonna go inside anyways . I think that is very wrong. I even told him that I’m sure he’s been late to work before and he called that he’s going to be 15 minutes late. It’s no big deal. I was ready to leave and only needed to get dressed. . Very rude host and cleaning service will never recommend. Also hot water ice maker a/c dose not work well
