The staff were incredibly professional and efficient, the general upkeep of the rooms and hotel itself is exemplary. Fantastic amenities and all within a 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants of Provenza and surrounding areas. The area the hotel is located in is extremely safe, I’d go as far to say safer than some parts of London (even at night) I would highly recommend

The guest room was large and laid out to make it like you had your bed with a separate seating area. The bathroom/walk in closet was very large and had every amenity available, robes, slippers, etc. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was luxurious. Overall the best of the three hotels we stayed at during our visit to Medellin.
