Breathtaking Views and Unforgettable Stay!

The hotel was right in the center of all the excitement. The room was amazing and had a beautiful view of Medellín. The rooftop was relaxing with a breathtaking view. The hotel staff were kind and welcoming. I can see myself coming back. A great experience overall!

We loved this property. Super friendly and helpful staff. Well designed rooms with good amenities. There’s even a great jazz bar in the basement that we enjoyed. The location is in the hottest neighborhood of Medellín, especially for nightlife. Therefore, all the best restaurants of all price ranges are nearby. All the best shopping is also nearby. Metro to other parts of town is within walking distance and very easy to use. Given the location, it can get noisy at nights until early hours of the morning. However, that was a problem for us because we used the white noise on our phone at nights and it worked perfectly. We would stay here again.

Nice bi-lingual staff. Room subpar

It's a beautiful hotel in the heart of the night life. The top floor has a really nice area with a small pool & jacuzzi (not hot water). Staff is bilingual and helpful Unfortunately I got a bad room. The ventilation system would only stay on for maybe 10 minutes and then shut off. The staff came to check and reset but it never worked correctly making it incredibly uncomfortable at night as it was very warm. They did offer me to change the room but it was already 9:30 at night and I was in bed. They should have offered earlier in the day when I first complained around 5 PM And the TV had issues the entire stay. They use Roku. The staff came to login and had to change out the system. It worked for a bit but the next morning it wasn't working again. The condition of the room is ok, not great. It looks like the bathroom hasn't been maintained and the large sliding wood door is very hard to open & close On my last stay I was on the 5th floor and the noise from the area wasn't too bad at night, but on the 3rd floor it was really bad. Thankfully I brought noise canceling earbuds otherwise I wouldn't have been able to rest until the parties outside stop around 4 AM I feel like they gave me a bad room, and although they did send staff several times to fix issues, they should have offered me a new room immediately when the air-conditioning wasn't working, not wait until 9:30 at night only after so asked for a reimbursement Finally they should be able to change effectivo 👎
