This is a designer studio, built for guests and made with a lot of love. There is everything you may need for your stay. The unit has a privileged view of the city and the mountains, this view takes your breath away.

The unit if fully equipped, it features a nice size full bathroom, kitchen space, closet space, dedicated work space, small living room, bed area, dinning table for two, air conditioning and fast Internet.

This space has been beautifully decorated and thoughtfully design for your perfect stay in Medellin.

The building also has other amenities like CoWorking space, cafe, room service, gym and 24h security.

The layout of the space is as follows: right when you enter you will find a perfect built in kitchen with small fridge, cooktop, and cooking basics. The kitchen has all you will need for your stay, coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, etc. It has a sink and counter space. This kitchen can be conveniently closed with sliding mirror doors, next you will find closet space and iron with ironing board.

In front of the kitchen there is a full size super clean bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There is a large counter and shampoo, conditioner, soap, and towels.

There is a dedicated work space, with light ring, outlets and plugs, and fast 300mb internet. There is also a dedicated dinning table that sits two, and can also be used as a desk. The unit has a small living room area with two seater couch, area rug and table.

The sleeping area has a Queen size bed, hanging night-lamps and nightstands. The beddings are super comfy to allow you to have a perfect rest. Unit has Tv, air conditioning, large windows, and a place to put your bags.

You will have a private access to the studio as per the details mentioned above. And you will also have shared access to building amenities: large CoWorking area, visitors lounge area, seating spaces, outdoor spaces, cafe, gym, lobby, and visitors parking spaces.

This is one of the best areas you can stay in Poblado, Medellin. Is a very safe and residential neighborhood. You will stay walking distance to many beautiful places, malls, restaurants, public transportation, and even parks.

This building "Go Living" is located just a few blocks away from “Golden Mile” that is the business and tourist area of the city. You will be near Santa Fe Mall, Oviedo Mall, La estrada Mall, Carulla grocerie store.

It is also a quiet area for your stay, as you won’t have loud nightlife around, but you will stay be only a short 6 min drive to Park Lleras.

You can easily walk around to main avenues (Poblado Avenue or Vegas Avenue) if you need to get a taxi you can get one there or call it from front desk. You can also walk to malls, supermarkets, restaurants, or public transportation system.

Laundry room is shared in building and works as a pay-laundry machine. It has a tower washer and dryer unit, for your convenience.

*TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STAY*

1. Respect the quiet hours: Parties or loud music are not allowed after 10 pm (neither days of the week nor weekends)
Violations may result in fines and possible expulsion.

2. No smoking: Smoking is prohibited in common areas or balconies according to Law 1335 of 2009.

3. Illegal activities: Any illegal activity (e.g. trafficking, prostitution, drug use) will be reported to authorities.

4. Guest Registration: All guests must register with original ID or passport at the reception. Minors need notarized permission from their parents.

5. Do not throw garbage: Do not throw garbage or cigarette butts from the balconies. Fines of up to 80.00 Usd.

6. Do not sublease: The apartment cannot be transferred to other people.

7. Noise Warnings: Loud music or noise will result in warnings and fines.

8. Visitor limit: Maximum of 4 visitors per apartment at a time.

9. Exit of visitors: Guests must go down or call the door to allow visitors to leave.

10. Addresses: All addresses must be collected at the gate.
