Overall we enjoyed our stay, but had a bit of a rough start since our rooms were not ready at the check-in time. The property is nice but not as well maintained as we expected for a five star hotel. We loved the hot tub in our room and the bed was super comfortable.

The staff at the hotel went over and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Everyone was friendly and greeted me everytine they saw me. There was a water issue but they moved me into another suite without question.

Medellín Gem

Spent 7 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Penthouse. The service was excellent from the front desk staff, restaurant and bar staff, as well as the house keeping staff. We loved the daily 5pm visit to our room by the mobile bar and bartender. That was a one of a kind perk we had never seen before in our years of traveling.

The Charlee Hotel is the ultimate Medellín experience if you want a blend of art, luxury, and nightlife. Located in the heart of Parque Lleras, it places you right in the middle of the city’s most energetic and vibrant area. Yuliana Villegas our Concierge made the experience feel like a VIP escape, and we couldn’t have asked for better treatment.

Loved the location, staff and ammenities. You are walking distance from restaurants, bars, stores, practically in the middle of the action. It is verybsafe to walk around El Poblado. The staff are awesome and super helpful and friendly. I want to mention Sebastian, as he helps us find places and was very accomodating. We had free breakfast included and a nice surprise when around 5pm a beverage cart pass the rooms offering FREE drinks, yes alcoholic drinks for free!, you cant beat that.

The hotel was nice and it is being remodel. The terrace and pool were closed which was a bummer since it looks so nice in the pictures. The hotel is in a very busy area during the night and several people from the area told us not to be alone in the streets that are next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helped us to get taxis anytime we needed. Breakfast was included and was good too.
