Just wow - this place is a magical place. Yuliana and George were so attentive and we always maintained communication. They helped me with decorating the room with a birthday theme and I was speechless when I saw how beautiful they decorated the room. Through the stay they always reachedout to me to ensure I was having a good time and always asked me if I needed anything else to let them know. All the staff here is very friendly and helpful. Front desk always helped me with any inquiry, room service and cleaning were so friendly, the staff on the restaurant and rooftop were also so great and even security at front were very nice. This is my second time staying at this hotel and can say this the best hotel to stay at, they make the experience so much better. Make sure to reserve the room with jacuzzi and you will have a good time.

Great view of the surrounding area when on the upper floors. Though the neighborhood was loud at night, the room was well insulated from noise. Nice evening drink service at our room. Very helpful front desk. The toilet did keep backing up, and once the shower backed up a bit too, though it was quickly fixed each time. Comfortable beds. Wonderful breakfast.

We had an amazing stay at Charles hotel. The location is perfect surrounded by a park plenty of restaurants and interesting places. The food is great and healthy offering a variety of fruits, excellent granola, chia puddings and the service exceptional. The room well furnished, comfortable. The hotel offers an excellent service of massage. I had 2 and they were some of the best I had. The pool is on the roof top and offers great views of the city. The water is heated and at the perfect temperature. Also the hotel concierge offers great tours of the city and transportation options as well as great restaurants recommendations. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and plan to come back.
