There are far too many things at this property to list that are terrible. It has gone downhill tremendously. The staff is unhelpful and don’t care. The rooms are dirty and dated. There was all types of ants in my room, even when I went to the front desk to complain somebody else was complaining about the same thing and they just could care less so frustrating. What a waste of money never again.

This hotel really needs an upgrade. Everything is looking a little tired. Cupboards worn and surfaces really scratched. I am thinking they were also short of staff as fridge was not cleaned when we got there, no cleaning of room at all during our stay. We payed extra and stayed in a poolside room but were put at the end of the pool area behind a screen when there were rooms available the entire time further to the front and pool area. I was wondering if those rooms were more worn than the one we were in. We will probably not stay here again even though staff were excellent. There are other hotels in Medicine Hat with a pool and waterslide.
