Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put used towels in bathroom
Please put trash, in garbage bag, into the red garbage can outside at the base of the deck stairs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No access to fenced in garden/orchard or outbuildings (security system is on). No parties, pets, or unauthorized guests.
Guests must be declared in advance to receive door code. Arrivals earlier than 2:30 PM /departures after 11:30 AM: $25 per hour (or part thereof).
Please keep all indoor furniture in the house. Thanks!
