The staff were so nice. They let me check in early without hesitation and the staff are so helpful, and friendly. The location is really good. Only few minutes walking distance to the mosque. Rooms are really nice, clean and spacious. There was noise from outside or disturbance around the hotel. The price was really reasonable for a high standard hotel Really enjoyed my stay.

I have stayed at hotels all over the world. I stayed at Jumeirah Jabal Omar in Makkah and coming from there my expectations were high, I would like to say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The customer service and staff is phenomenal. Everyone here always has a smile on their face when they greet you and are always ready to assist to help with anything that you need. I would like to thank two staff members who were extremely helpful all throughout our stay Mr. Al Amin at front desk and Mr. Hazrat Ali from housekeeping staff. It was mine and my mother’s first time in Madina and I am so glad that we picked this hotel as it was recommended by my friend who had stayed here previously. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the Haram and 4-5 minute walk to the ladies entrance for Rawda. Also a 4-5 minute walk from ladies entrance to inside the mosque. I would definitely recommend Elaf Al Taqwa to anyone who is visiting Madina and inshAllah when I visit next I will be staying at the same hotel due to their excellent services and hospitality. The rooms and washrooms are super clean, tidy and the food options for in room dining are also pretty good. Definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Thank you to the entire staff who took such care good care of us during our stay. JazakAllah khair.

The team at Al Taqwa was the most helpful. I came in early and they gave me a special room without even charging extra Their room was clean and large and the best part is that they offered free breakfast (sahoor) and free dinner (aftar) as this was the blessed month of Ramadan It was 200 meters away from Gate 309. And even closer to Ghamama and Abu Bakr mosques. The carts to Quba Mosque were right outside on the street Excellent stay I will come back again to the same place

Was very happy with our stay. Staff were very accomodating. The cleaners were very friendly and made sure the rooms were spotless each time they cleaned. Shout out to Alif. Our stay at Elaf Al Taqwa was an incredible experience! The hotel is exceptionally clean and exactly as advertised, which made us feel confident and comfortable from the start. The location and amenities are excellent, but the highlight of our stay was the outstanding service provided by the staff. We want to especially recognize Parvez on the 2nd floor and Hazrat Ali on the 9th floor. Parvez was so warm, helpful, and attentive to all our needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. Hazrat Ali’s kind and helpful nature truly stood out—he went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their care and dedication made our visit unforgettable. With a clean, well-maintained hotel and such amazing staff, we wholeheartedly recommend Elaf Al Taqwa to anyone. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Great hotel with great staff

My stay at elaf al taqwa was amazing. The hotel is very close to masjid nabvi in madinah. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was welcomed by a great smile by gentleman named Jafran. Jafran was very polite and helpful throughout our stay. The reception folks were very polite and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had all the options to accommodate everyone with friendly staff to help. The rooms were very clean. Each and every staff I had interaction with was awesome, I would like to acknowledge Jilani Hasan, Al Amin, and Ali Hussain for being awesome and helping us. I loved the positive energy and the “yes, anything is possible” attitude at this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends who visit Madinah and would stay here in the future for sure.
