Horrible hotel. Old, dirty, over crowded, shabby. You will feel you are sleeping in a busy old train station. There is no positive thing about it. And it’s expensive.

Very convenient, less than 5 mn walk to the haram. Super welcoming and friendly staff, Khulood from the guest relation team called every day to check if everything was fine and to ask if we needed anything. Munther from the reception team gave us an upgrade without me asking for it. The breakfast had a good range of hot and cold options with alternating hot menu every other day. The room was enough for 4 adults and the cleaning team came every day to do the room.
