Worst Ever Experience

Terrible Hotel. Not recommended because of this main reason. Rooms are very foul smelling, When went inside after been given a room, there was smell from the toilet in the whole room. When asked to change the room , the receptionist replied that hotel is full . We can’t do anything, go out of hotel or ask the booking company from which you have booked the hotel , we are not responsible for that ??? Worst response ever from any hotel receptionist. Then requested again, as we don’t have the option because at the last minute it’s very difficult to book any other room. Then he given us another room but without the refrigerator. Other bad things are 1. Poor location 2. Poor service 3. No room keeping service 4. Kettle not working 5. Breakfast was okay.
