The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house built in 2010, was renovated in 2020, and is furnished in a modern, typical regional style and in a functional manner. The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet, sunny location. This holiday property is family-friendly accommodation. The following are available for exclusive use: garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Medulin, district Fucane. The holiday apartement is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
