The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed (for 2 persons) and a dining table for four people. Large glass fronts give you a magnificent panoramic view of the Nature Park Kamenjak – perfect for enjoying the nature of Istria directly from the apartment.
The modern kitchen line has a refrigerator, freezer compartment, 4-plate stove, extractor hood, sink and plenty of cutlery and crockery, so you can cook comfortably yourself. The double bed (2.00 x 1.60 m) is set back slightly and offers peace and privacy. A well-maintained bathroom with shower and modern washbasin completes the studio.
All guests enjoy air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, WiFi and bed linen/towels, with a washing machine available upon request. The studio is pet-free and reserved for non-smokers.
Only about 500 m away are the crystal-clear sea and beaches with rocks and pebbles, while the centre of Premantura with restaurants, cafés, supermarket and all necessary services is conveniently accessible on foot.
