Beautiful villa in Lake Maggiore, located less than one kilometer from the very lovely tow of Meina, which offers all services needed such as shops, restaurants bar, etc. there are also sport center for tennis or communal pool. Being a bit up on hill it offers very beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains, very peaceful location perfect for those who like to relax!
The villa garden is perfectly maintained with English grass, and a paved area equipped with table and chairs enjoy al fresco meal, guest will also have a private pool 4,5 x 9 mt. parents with kids should be aware that pool is not fenced

Casa Verbano develops in two floors and covers about 160 sqm in total. Equipped with modern furniture and has large windows facing the lake offering amazing views!
At them main floor large living area with sofas and a working fireplace; dining area; spacious kitchen well equipped, microwave, electric oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, and direct access to the garden with the equipped area and barbecue.
One double bedroom, second bedroom with twin beds, which can be joined to become double, one bathroom with tube and one with shower.
on the floor above two twin bedrooms with A.C. (beds can be joined), bathroom with shower.

Casa Verbano is part of our Arrive and Relax service included on price: (only for bookings from June 29 to August 30)
It consists in a “brought-in“ dinner that is left to be re-heated by the client. No service is provided. The menu can fit vegetarian guests too. No changes are possible for the first night dinner.
Basically it consists in a Pasta al forno, a vegetable tarte, salad, and fruit salad. Bread, water and wine are included.

LAKE MAGGIORE:
Offers to its visitor’s spectacular gardens and parks like Parco della val Grande, (the largest wilderness area in Italy). historic villas and castles, sacred routes, medieval churches. Wonderful mountains, beyond the lake, cozy and colorful hamlets all around, the car free town of Orta S Giulio is a little jewel.
Its main attraction in on the center of the lake and are the three enchanted Borromeo Islands. The Isola Madre and Isola Bella, where are the Borromeo palaces and gardens and the charming Isola dei Pescatori (fishermen island). In front of Stresa stands, just above the water, on a rocky cliff the Eremo di Santa Caterina.
Many sports activities can be practiced in Lake Maggiore such as sailing, water skiing, canoeing, golfing (7 golf courses in the area), trekking horse riding.

How to reach Lake Maggiore
By plane: Malpensa airport 20 to 45 minutes
By train: The international line links to Milan, to Genoa, Zurich and Basel with Cisalpino, Milan to Paris with Stendhal.
By road: motorway A26 and A8 links the lake to Genova and Milano and the Simplon.

Rental Rules:
Minimum stay 1 week; changeover day: Saturday.
Check-in: from 4pm to 7pm; Checkout: 9am

Security deposit (Refundalbe):
Euro 500 that will be collected on arrival, by credit card, and it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage to the property.

Additional Expenses to be paid on site:
Final Cleaning Euro 200,00
Baby bed and High chair Euro 50 per week
Heating included up to 10 Euro per day
Air Conditioning included up to 50 Euros per week (guests will pay the amount exceeding 50 Euro)

The following might be to be paid extra: Final Cleaning, Refundable Security Deposit.
