The flat is 45 m² in size and comprises the following rooms: bedroom with double bed, fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven as well as a seating area, separate bathroom with bathtub and washer-dryer and WC. The bedroom and hallway are laid with laminate flooring, the kitchen and bathroom are tiled.
It is possible to use the quiet garden behind the house. There is a small playground with a swing and sandpit, garden furniture and a barbecue. The property is fully fenced. There is also a lockable parking space for bicycles. There is plenty of free parking available at the property
Two additional children up to the age of 14 can be accommodated free of charge if sleeping facilities are provided for them (e.g. baby cot).
Right on the doorstep you will find a bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a supermarket within a few minutes' walk. In summer, we also recommend a trip to the nearby leisure pool.
