Just a lovely stay - had to extend multiple times for work and the staff made it so easy. Stayed in both the 1 bedroom apartment and the lofts - both are very spacious although the lofts are stairs only so don’t bring a 30kg suitcase like me! Either way, this will definitely be my new first port of call for trips to Melbourne. Great part of town, bus and tram on your doorstep and flinders station is a quick hop away. Beds and sofa were comfortable for a 6’5 man which is rare! Surprised this place doesn’t have a higher rate

Easy walking or transport to Melb Central / Bourke Street Mall. Kitchen was lacking dishwasher tablets, plug for sink; in fact any plugs for bath/ bathroom either. There was no dish drainer either. Three of us staying and only two towels. I had to ask for the Expedia perk as they were not to forthcoming.

I have stayed here twice during 2025 and is now my default place if I need to stay on the east side of Melbourne CBD. Great rooms, basically a full apartment with the advantages of being a hotel. Parking is also incredibly secure behind two secure roller doors to get in. Worth its weight in gold alone.

Two bedroom stay was incredibly spacious and plebty of room for young kids. Easy to get to, with a tram stop less than a minutes walk away, supernarket next door and surrounded by cafes. Staff made check in and out super fast and conveniant.

Good accomodation, very easy and accessible by public transport and walking. Friendly and welcoming staff, pretty view of sunset. Heaps of wardrobe/cupboard space and pantry space. Comfy bed and couch. The accomodation was very practical, reasonable pricing, comfortable and clean. Pretty and modern styling too We did have difficulty with getting some of the appliances to work ;dishwasher didn’t shut , no instructions on how to change water flow to the shower head from the bath tap and no clear answer but we figured it out eventually after trial and error.

Positives - outstanding views across Melbourne, wonderful staff, generously sized apartment, good storage space, lovely balcony, great location. Negatives - Street noise from trams and trains, issues with appliances (which staff did their best to resolve), uncomfortable lounges, poorly equipped kitchen.

Great place to stay

The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating when we arrived earlier than their check-in time. The room was very comfortable. The car park was spacious unlike some other properties around the town. Also great value and fantastic location.
