Clean, convenient

This was convenient location and a comfortable apartment. I would recommend staying here as it is a spacious and modern apartment. We were a bit disappointed the balcony wasn't very pleasant - boxed in and a bit too much road noise. I suggest you ask for a higher floor (you might get a better balcony) or maybe a back room.
