My room was in desperate need of maintenance. Cleanliness was particularly disappointing. The furniture clearly hadn’t been dusted. The bathroom sink was blocked. I had to request toilet rolls. My late check out had not been communicated with staff. The laundry service was well below acceptable. Dirty floor, along with machines that had not been cleaned. No phone reception in there which was concerning.

Pros - location is amazing. Walking distance to everything. China town. Qv. Public transport. Bath room is nice and roomy, water is good. Lots of food options right under the hotel. Korean. Jap. Etc. Cons - sound proofing is not very good. Wroken up by someone else having a shower and can hear the sound of the water. Then again some strange sharp noise. Bed is OK. But room for improvement Would I stay again, 20%. There are few others that is also in a good location. Good price but with better sound proofing

Bright and airy rooms

Really comfortable bed, good bathroom and super clean bright airy room. The balcony could use some outdoor chairs and a fly screen but these are very minor things. Location is perfect near Chinatown and theatres.

Did not live up to expectations. Photos deceptive as furnishings knocked around, rooms small, bed mattresses old, rooms hot at night, bed linen marked/stained, average cleanliness. In an awkward location for public transport and parking, breakfast options limited. Disaapointed. Won't be back. Better options and deals online for the price.
