Welcome to Brightside Belle – Your Stylish St Kilda East Sanctuary
Brightside Belle by Property Mums is a beautifully presented, family-friendly retreat offering space, privacy, and modern comfort across a main residence and a separate self-contained studio. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this charming home comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Perfectly suited for families or small groups, you'll enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, open-plan living and dining, a euro laundry, along with a secure backyard. The property is fully fenced and pet-friendly (with prior arrangement). Please note: The third bedroom is located in the separate self contained studio.

Master Bedroom (Main House): King Bed with ensuite
Bedroom 2 (Main House): Two Long Single Beds
Bedroom 3 (Separate Studio): Queen Bed with ensuite (shower & toilet)
The main bathroom in the house includes a shower over bath – perfect for families with little ones. Enjoy easy, untimed on-street parking and stay comfortable year-round with split system heating and cooling.
Located in vibrant St Kilda East, Brightside Belle puts you within easy reach of great local dining and green spaces. Treat yourself to modern izakaya cuisine at Bounty of the Sun, grab a sweet bite from Dana Patisserie, or enjoy a play at nearby Alma Park. With easy access to public transport and St Kilda’s famous beaches, this home makes a fabulous base for exploring Melbourne’s Bayside lifestyle.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
