Room very small but clean and comfortable Only problem was the construction work outside the window on fed square made it very hard to get to sleep.

Wouldn't stay here again. The only positive was location. The room we were given had no TV and apparently the whole building was the same, not. I went down to see if I could get a refund and were told that we wouldn't be able to but I could have a look at 2 other rooms. Had a look at them and chose another room and guess what there was TV. The room was filthy, the shower was dirty, the whole building needs a complete review. There were broken power outlets everywhere, if you got stuck in the lift to bad the phone was wrecked.

I would not recommend staying here if you are concerned about security. The door to the street is only secured by a number keypad, and once in the building there is no security on the elevators, anyone could come up to hotel room floors. One morning there was a homeless person sleeping outside the elevators. The elevators also smell like urine.

Very good central location which was convenient but bathroom was mouldy and had small flying insects. The bed and pillow seemed clean and comfortable but the rest of the room was questionable on whether it had been cleaned thoroughly. The towel looked stained which was a bit off-putting. You can hear city noises at night but it subsides after around 11pm. This could be a suitable last-minute or budget option if you won't be spending much time in the room, but it might be worth spending more on a nicer place, especially because of the state of the bathroom.

Room was average, dust & dirt around window ledgers, beside the fridge, shower wasn't clean. No toilet roll holder. Lift smelt like urine, only one working out of 3. The whole place needs a decent clean. all around the edges of the walls where the carpet is bad. There was a homeless person asleep in the entrance hall near the lifts on Thursday mornong around 7.30am. No one a t reception then. Toilet in 421 was running all the time.

It's in a great location and that's pretty much where the positives end. The elevator was covered in graffiti that hasn't been cleaned off (foreshadowing of what was to come). The walls of the room were covered in marks, and the floor around the edges and behind the bed were covered in very visible thick dust about an inch and a half wide. The air-conditioner was very noisy but it was effective. The sheets on the bed were clean but there wasn't enough to keep warm so I had to keep the air-conditioner on overnight, which would've been fine if it wasn't so noisy. The sink is too close to the toilet. The shower was stained and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while and the towels stunk of bleach.

Didn't interact with any staff due to a late check-in and very early check-out, but I didn't mind that. Instructions for after hours check-in were straightforward, and easy to follow, much appreciated! Room was clean and organised, and I liked the toiletries provided, very useful as I'd forgotten mine for that trip. Overall, I had no issues, and will very much book here again when staying in the city.

The rooms were nothing like what is pictured when booking. The whole place was dirty, poorly maintained - no lights in fixtures and the ones that were working kept pulsing, cracked walls broken windows, cups filthy and no tea or sugar in room, graffiti in the lifts, carpets’s trashed, plaster dust on the floor. Owners need to spend the money and fix it up or get out of owning hotels. Would NOT EVER recommend anyone to stay here.

The room was filthy. The window had jagged remains of broken glass and glass was in the room. It could not be closed.There was old take-away in the fridge, graffiti in the elevator, Mould in the bathroom and a lost pill behind the door which is clearly never vacuumed. We left. I have photos! The price was higher than for a Travelodge, so we expected clean and functional.

Old dusty ac unit, bad quality pillows, dingy room - really has taken a downhill turn since my previous stay in ‘22 or ‘23. The room itself was cleaned well prior to my stay though the underlying surfaces and amenities in the room are quite dated and dingy. There was a mouse in the foyer as I checked out which really encapsulated the experience

The hotel and rooms are disgustingly filthy and the service is not better. The staff do not respond to messages for several days which put us at a major inconvenience as we were waiting on a response from them. The rooms have never been cleaned in their life judging on the filth in the room. The rooms are full of dust, bacteria and mould. I’m not a hygiene freak but this hotel is absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. The photos are self explanatory. The hallways and elevators are riddled with graffiti and filth. The area is also extremely unsafe but is close to the train station which is why it’s a 2 star for location.

This property was the worst place I have ever stayed. It was absolutely filthy and the amenities below standard. To pay just short of $500.00 for two nights and get a room in that condition is appalling. I would be ashamed to be associated with a property in that condition. It felt like a hallway house. For the price the motel was okay. The check out experience was horrible. An extremely rude and arrogant staff member. I returned keys saying good morning and they were snatched, no response or thank you or how was your stay. The ladt checking out before me received the same treatment More respect was shown from the safebox. I would be definitely getting rid of this worker. I won't use this accommodation again and will advise friends to definitely give it a miss too.
