Large open plan Living. Lots of comfortable seating for large group. New Kitchen with modern appliances & 3 spacious bedrms. Fully equipped with all modern conveniences. 1 Bathroom, Bath tub and shower 1 toilets inside, Laundry, & separate 2nd toilet & sink area outside as well. Clean & tidy throughout. cleaning products provided. Large Alfresco Entertaining are, Barbecue and Table area. Outdoor seating. Basketball ring, pretty garden. Large 4 car carport. Fully fenced & private. Secure. Very safe for children, clean flat block, pretty garden, fun for kids.
