Gym closed due to refurb but not an issue. Breakfast and carparking included in my room rate which was no more than not being included. The hotel is right across from Flinders station and about a 10 minute walk from Southern Cross, making it easy to access many places. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. I could easily walk to Hosier Lane and Chinatown. The Southbank Promenade on the Yarra River was about a 10 minute walk. My room was clean and had everything I needed for a wonderful stay.
