I was on the 2nd floor. Needs more complete renovation of the building. Carpet needs to be replace. Walls needs to be repaint. Rooms is okay if you just want a place to sleep. Location is perfect

Had a twin bed room. Beds were excellent. nice and firm. Room was quiet. Also had open windows in bedroom and the bathroom. This is rare for a hotel room. This meant didn't have to have the air conditioner so a quieter room plus nicer for sleeping. Continental breakfast was also good. Clean breakfast area.
