It was quieter than expected for such a central location. The only noise really was with the renovations, which we were notified about, and which didn’t start too early, ie would not have woken people up! I look forward to returning next week.

The Hotel was convenient to major Train Station and SkyBus stop from the Airport. It was walking distance to a tram stop (convenient for free tram area in the city), several restaurants, fast food outlets, and an IGA supermarket. The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk was manned 24/7. All in all a great place to stay in Melbourne CBD for a reasonable price.

Good location for tram access around Melbourne also great access for SkyBus for transport to airport and southern cross station is only 200 metres away .. was a good location to start my Great Ocean Walk. Hotel is a bit dated but was good value and very helpful staff

Pretty average hotel, room was okay. Clean but needs some renovations. Area around the hotel is great! It’s right next to the tram station in the free tram zone! Staff was great and helpful and 24 hours which was great as we didn’t get in until after 12am. Overall pretty good just needs some refurbishments!
