The staff member was very courteous. The room was clean and spacious. Linen and bed excellent. In need of some renovation in the bathroom. There was a function on until 11pm w I th loud music and party goers screaming. Staff showed empathy and were apologetic when called after hours.

The staff was ok but the room was bad. The tap in the kitchen was too short and this meant that water ran onto the bench and the floor every time I washed anything. The couch and cushions were stained. The tv was very basic with no internet and streaming channels. The toilet had poop on the walls and the shower had mould on the seal at the bottom.

While the accommodation was ok, the room was dirty and had cobwebs everywhere. The TV remote worked intermittently and the WiFi was terrible. Even using a WiFi dongle the quality was poor. Not a good stay if you need reliable internet.

The reception was very helpful and very nice, I made an error in booking and he was patient and helpful. I was able to still get a room and he organised a roll out bed. The apartment complex is older, has enough parking & an Indian restaurant on site. The room itself needs a revamp, many patches in walls and doors , older appliances, bed hard and basic equipment in the kitchen. The bathroom is fine with a large shower. Was in a good area for us with shopping close and many restaurants around.

Was highly dissapointed in the condition of our room it was dirty disgusting not at all like the pictures on the Expedia website . The curtains and drapes for example looked like they havent been cleaned since 1970s!!! Carpet plus linen yuukkkk!!!!

The first room smelt awful and was dirty. The staff moved us to a new room which was a bit better. The facility is extremely old, ripped paint/ marks all over the walls. Couch covers were all ripped. There was a plate in the oven with some white “substance” on it. The accomodation felt unsafe. It doesn’t look like the photos. Won’t be returning.

We found check-in tedious and the staff member inefficient. He had to search for our key in a messy cluttered drawer. Reception area super messy and not professional or inviting. The room was spacious and clean but there was a large crack in the glass of the wardrobe door and the towel rail was hanging loose. Shower pressure and heat of water was amazing. We booked for 2 persons but obviously only one of us was meant to wash our hair as only 1 each tiny shampoo and conditioner was supplied. No biscuits as are usually supplied complimentary in even the most economy motel.Spare blanket was old and worn. Good supply of kitchen cleaning supplies left. The whole room while clean and spacious was tired and dated with a few recent additions like a new toilet and sink but the general feel was tired.
