We had a wonderful time, love its proximity to attractions like NGV, Sealife, city. So relaxing. Room was perfect, we had everything we needed for our family, kitchen, laundry and parking. The amenities are perfect, pool and jacuzzi are serene. Hotel smells so good and most importantly their staffs are caring.

Very spacious rooms within walking distance to all of Melbournes arts centre fed square and Southbank. Good swimming pool and a really decent buffet breakfast. Staff are always lovely and helpful. Great value for larger families

Room was nice, super comfortable bed and A/C was spot on for sleeping (really rare in hotels). Great location. Mildew around taps and edges of shower was very ordinary though - an older bathroom is fine, but basic cleanliness being overlooked is not.

Don't stay here, had another couple walk into our room as they had the same key number, room smelt bad. Didn't feel safe plenty of other better options on city road

What was good: * Fantastic location, a very short walk to Southbank and a short walk to the city / Flinders St / National Gallery. * In-unit washer & dryer (separate appliances, and on the smaller side). * Short walk to IGA grocery store & 7/11. * The blackout curtains are great. What was not so good: * Storage is very challenging for 2 people and with more luggage. The bedroom closet is tiny and there isn't much additional storage beyond that. * The apartments are quite dated. The signs of age are evident. * Further to the above, having booked a spa suite, the spa jets didn't work. This was a bit disappointing but not the end of the world. On the upside, the spa was a good size. * Underground parking is quite expensive at 35 AUD per night. Street parking would be very challenging around Southbank. The main selling point of this apartment is that it is one of few at the price point in the Southbank area to have an in-unit washer/dryer, which is a great utility for longer stays. All in all, a solid option, if not perfect. I'd probably be more likely to stay again if I were traveling with less luggage in future.

Staff were friendly, helpful and very Informative regarding the local area. Overall appearance was good. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, some noticeable updates required, but happy with our stay. Would stay again.

Frontline staff were very friendly and helpful! The overall cleanliness of the room was mediocre, hair on the bathroom floor, kitchen counters were not clean (I wiped them and they had residue on them, tacky feeling), bathroom was old and tired. Reception area carpet needs a good clean. Very noisily building/refurbishment noise from upper level balcony. Bar downstairs wasn’t open at all which was annoying. Room was hot during the day, I was actually sweating and air-conditioner wasn’t keeping pace on a hot day. The Internet was glitchy and I needed to call reception twice to get help. The only positive was that the staff were lovely. I wouldn’t book again.

Disappointed with our stay. Firstly we had an issue where the reception said she could use my Photo ID from myVicRoads then her manager over ruled her and said no we can not accept that. AS i left my wallet at home i needed to log in change the name on the booking to my husbands then we could be checked in. all with 4 kids in the foyer. Not ideal at all! Then the view in our room was of a brick wall and construction site but cost us the same $$ as those rooms with great views. Room needs refreshing and fix the minor repairs needing attention.
