The room is nice for a couple nights stay, not the fanciest, but very generous with the housekeeping (rooms cleaned daily) and free bites (we got two free drink vouchers and some free toasties on our way out). The addition of free onsite parking is a big help as overnight parking in the city can easily add up in cost. the hotel is located 5 min walk from the train station which can get you into the heart of the cbd in ~45mins (on train, no changes). Chadstone shopping centre is a 6 min drive away so there is always plenty of variety of restaurants close by. Overall this hotel is VERY high on the value for money scale.

Customer service was great . Only had one problem witch is you have the towel rail higher then normal height and when I went to go to the toilet I bent down and hit my head and coursed a big very sore lump on my head and a migraine so that is a safety hazard.

Clean, comfortable room. Milk, water and treats complimentry. Free drink voucher and 10% off hotel meals. I thought there was going to be a noise problem with one neighbouring group but they quietened by 10pm.
