It is the premier location for any visit to Melbourne: the trams along St Kilda road will drop you in the city within a few minutes and also the funky and vibrant restaurants and cafes of Southbank are literally at your doorstep.



The space includes 2 bedrooms (with comfortable queen beds), open plan kitchen with a wonderful entertainers balcony with views to the CBD of Melbourne, the MCG and beyond.
