— Noise Policy —
We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate.
Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. This will also result in a serious fine.
— Keys and towels —
Please note: we provide one fob per guest group like any other apartments in Airbnb. We provide one set of towel per person per stay.
— Sofa bed —
Please note:
The listing is set up for a group of up to 3 guests. If you wish to add additional guests, please check with the host first. As this is a high-rise apartment, you may occasionally hear ambient wind sounds during extreme weather conditions. This is a natural result of the building’s design and structure. If you are particularly sensitive to sound, we would recommend that you consider alternative accommodations, or at least prepare a set of earplugs just in case you need them during windy nights.
