Loved our stay at Pullman city. Staff were super helpful and the location is amazing, if you love to shop. Considering the location the room was still nice and quiet. Would highly recommend this motel.

Fantastic staff, very convenient to central Melbourne, walkable to everything. Staff were incredible, particularly Sophie on the front desk and the breakfast staff who went out of their way to make it enjoyable and helpful.

What we liked was it was close to everything, trams, Mall and it was in the city but it was so quiet and out of the way. The streets were busy but you couldn't tell from inside reception. Rooms were spacious and staff very friendly and helpful. I would recommend and stay there again in the future.
