My partner and I stayed here to treat ourselves to an overnight staycation. The rooms were spacious, the view over the Dandenong's amazing and was easy to access the restaurants in Town Square then back to the hotel bar for a beverage. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great parking, very close to a clean, bright shopping centre. Very modern hotel, great staff and a good breakfast selection. A better idea for breakfast, than a boring buffet. Maybe a couple of lighter options, pastries, gourmet toasted sandwich etc.

As always a beautiful hotel

This was our 8th time here and as always was fantastic. Did not clean our glasses though and when I asked for more - they never came. It is a brilliant hotel though. Just an aside - don’t leave anything near desk. Left a $200 gift next to desk and housekeeping thought it was rubbish and took it away. I did get it back though only 1/2 an hour before the trash was taken away!

Loved the location re Eastland shopping centre. Disappointed again with 'stench' in carpark entry to hotel. Quite off-putting. Problem was explained and actions being undertaken to rectiify problem - long term and short term. Recommend stronger air fresheners or similar be implememted to mask stench in interim. Current measures are not working well enough.

From the moment I arrived to the time I left, everything was marvellous! Staff were friendly, obliging and on point, at all times! A special thank you to Daniel and Lucky for the extra special treatment. Much appreciated! 🙏 Executive Room 729 - Exceptionally clean and super quiet, just what I had requested! The layout and all amenities were superb! Shower - amazing!!! Reception; Bar 'High & Dry'; Restaurant 'Partake'; Sitting area; Library walls of books (available for guests to borrow) and a huge office area with desks and computers are all located on Level 5. Every detail has been carefully designed and beautifully presented! 😍 High & Dry Bar - Happy hour between 4pm & 6pm every day. 🍾🍹🍷 Partake Restaurant- Exceptional food, served with pride. Loved every morsel of food, especially the Traditional Prawn Cocktail and Beef cheeks...delicious!!! Highly recommend! Special thanks to Chefs Tony and Sonny!!! 🙏 See you again soon! 😉
