Needs updating. Picture on the website doesn’t show worn out carpets. Old smell. Car parking ally was dodged and a little scary. Our fridge wasn’t working and the hair dryer zapped me and fizzed. Told staff about it when leaving and also in follow phone call. But they didn’t seem to care. No offer of anything. And l needed to follow up. When they should be the ones to contact me. For the price never again.

Great location - very serviceable stay.

Great location on St Kilda Road opposite the Shrine. I have stayed here before and believe the standard has dropped since then .But very serviceable place to stay with kitchen and excellent shower and comfy beds. And a balcony with opening doors to fresh air.

Staff were fantastic- sorted a booking problem that would otherwise have left me stranded. But the wifi failed, the lifts key failed multiple times, gym equipment was broken, the facilities overall need an overhaul probably it needs to be stripped and rebuilt.

Was a nice place to stay last minute. The carpets give the place a very dated feel. The aircon in our room was a bit temperamental and the bottom of the bath tub was worn, not broken but the white worn away from cleaning over time

Extremely disappointed my room wash very dirty - dirty tissues throughout the lounge my bedding was all dirty in side and on the out side even blood and bodily fluids stains it was un sleep able I brought it to there attention they asked me to send photos so I did that was on the Saturday morning and I checked out today Monday 17th and they still never came to the room to rectify the filth that we paid good money to stay in extremely disappointing would not recommend anyone to stay there. Our key pass had to constantly be reprogrammed we was locked out multiple times a day. I had to email my photos again today when I checked out and still have not heard anything from them !!

Good location nice room but rusted patio. No furniture on patio. Cannot understand why they hold $200 after you have prepaid room. Trouble with swipe card. Quite rude woman on check-in. Other than that nice shower quiet room and good bed.
