Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and odor free. Breakfast was included in the lobby. Frozen breakfast sandwiches, bagels, muffins, cereal, fresh fruit, coffee and juice. Train is fairly close and is loud going by every couple hours. Very close to the beach and downtown restaurants. Overall a good economical stay and would stay again.

I think this hotel is well worth its reasonable price. Everything was as expected and a bonus for me was the easy access to the walking path over the causeway with its beautiful vistas and abundant water wildlife.

This particular motel did not feel very safe to me. I would not recommend it for families. The majority of the occupants seemed to be construction workers and others who had extended stays. The staff were very friendly though and the breakfast was a nice bonus.

We were on our way to Ft Lauderdale for a cruise and wanted somewhere within 2-3 hrs of port to stay the night prior. Melbourne looked a good location and this hotel was reasonably priced, close to bars and restaurants (we'd only be there one night, we weren't bothered about it being a resort hotel).
