This large 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom (includes a poolside self-contained bungalow with its own ensuite bathroom) all-season, all-occasion luxury home offers expansive living areas of sweeping proportions, with a further study/4th bedroom with a PU leather brand new sofa bed, opening to a resort style pool area perfect for large scale entertaining.



Showcasing warm, richly colored timber flooring and fresh light neutral tones throughout, a spacious open plan living/ dining room and well-equipped kitchen leads out onto a fabulous, all-weather alfresco dining & poolside area to be enjoyed all year round. A true entertainer in every sense of the word this resort like layout features a pool with a huge deck area to kick back on the lounges and soak up the sun throughout the day. An adjacent, built-in day bed/ lounge allows you to enjoy some shade whilst lazing by the pool and taking in a good book.



Additional features include r/c air-conditioning, gas log fire (currently unavailable), ducted gas heating and ceiling fans throughout to circulate the afternoon sea-breezes.



This captivating coastal home with luxury appointments offers formal style and extensive spaces for casual entertaining as well as ample off-street secure parking (Garage is not to be used).



Other Things to Note:

There are cameras at the front entrance and backyard for safety purpose only and the cameras will not capture guests' privacy.



**Please bring your own extra towels, doona and pillow for the 7th guest who sleeps on the sofa bed. Garage is not available, but you can park at the driveway and street.



** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the house, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
